Enjoy this brightly colored, light-weight, tie-dye dress that has a unique gathered bodice with ruffles running down the front of the dress. It has an asymmetrical hem-line and straps that can be tied around the neck or as a bow in the front for a strapless look. The dress also has an elastic back panel for an adjustable fit. Due to it being tie-dyed each dress is unique and the pattern placement will vary slightly from what's shown.
